On a shaded lot, it has a welcoming front porch while the backside provides beautiful views of Lake Oconee, The Urban Retreat offers all the modern convenience without compromising any of its Southern charm.

The renovated home features an open floor plan living area. The fully-equipped kitchen has granite countertops & SS appliances. Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite.
